  Worked with Cathy. She came to my home to see what I needed, then met my husband and me at the store some hours later. Spent quite a bit of time showing us inventory. We were able to buy living and dining room furniture delivered the next day.

  We bought an oversize recliner, Because of my pending knee surgery. We asked the salesman in the chair was made with memory foam and was assured that it did indeed contain memory foam. About 6 months the seat area started to sag. I went to the store and talked to a manager, about the problem. He informed me that the salesmen that handled our purchase, was no longer employed at Joys and it would have been his word against mine ! He returned my paper work and walked away. So much for a $800.00 worthless chair and a very rude manager. I went to Phoenix for a replacement chair. I will shop or recommend Joy's Furniture again!
